1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Use My Words (the “Game”) at usemywords.game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. GAME ACCESS AND USER DATA

3.1. The Game is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to charge fees for the Game or certain features in the future.

3.2. All user data and game progress is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store any personal information on our servers.

3.3. Cookies are used solely for the purpose of saving game information locally on your device.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

4.1. By sharing content publicly within the Game (“User Content”), you grant Sandwich AI Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content for marketing and promotional purposes.

4.2. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

4.3. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. The Game and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Sandwich AI Inc., a Delaware corporation.

5.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademarks, service marks, or logos owned by Sandwich AI Inc.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

6.1. THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6.2. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Game.

6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandwich AI Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Sandwich AI Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Game.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND TERMS

8.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

8.2. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on usemywords.game. Your continued use of the Game after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
